Please, for the sake of your families and the environment, consider avoiding paraffin candles. Sadly, paraffin is the wax that most candle companies use. It is basically the left-over sludge from oil companies and it fills the air with pollutants as it burns. Most likely if your candle doesn’t specify what it is made out of, it is paraffin. So, even if you buy candles elsewhere, please consider using beeswax since it is good for you and good for the environment.
